Shipping Charges

* Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs.
* Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method selected.
* Oversized crystal pieces, pallet shipments, and freight orders require a custom shipping quote.

Freight Orders
For large or heavy orders, we will contact you with the final shipping cost before your order is shipped.

Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Custom, special-order, or pallet shipments may require additional processing time.

Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided whenever available.

Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the product and its original packaging so we can assist you.
